For one and two bedroom homes, one spot is available in the parking garage and two spots are available for the three bedroom homes and Penthouses. Each additional spot is $85 per month. Our community also features the additional luxury of valet parking that is unlimited for $100-$150 per month.
Residents will enjoy the convenience of parking in a covered garage. We also have valet parking for our residents and guests to take advantage of as an added luxury. Vehicles cannot exceed the height of 6' 8". All residents are required to park in the garage levels 2-5 only. Parking permit decals and gate access stickers are required.
