How many pets may I have?

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
$500 pet fee for one pet and $800 pet fee for two pets. An annual fee of $20 to register your pet through Pet Screening to approve your pets application. $15 per month per pet.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, provided you have fulfilled your lease agreement and left your apartment in good condition.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, you will have two options to choose from during your lease signing.
What utilities are included in my lease?

How long is the term of the lease?
7-15 Months options (at move-in).
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call and/or e-mail the leasing office. You can also submit the request through your Resident Portal.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
4th of each month.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
We require all rent to be paid online through the resident portal.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Per the lease agreement they are allowed to stay for two weeks.
Do you have reserved parking?
Parking is unreserved, however you may reserve a parking spot for a monthly fee.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In a parking spot between garage Levels 2-5.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, please notify the office.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
As long as it is not attached to the building.
Do you have cable services?
Comcast/Xfinity and AT&Tare the cable providers and is at the residents' expense.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes, at our front desk.

When I have a guest, where do they park?
All guests are required to use the Valet Service. The Valet Fee is $100 per month.
How tall are your ceilings?
Our ceilings are 8 ft. tall in most of our units and 13 ft. tall in our penthouses and first floor units.

No, the front desk or office staff will help you with any questions about the area.
Can the water taxi pick us up at the Harbor?
Yes, the water taxi has a courtesy stop & can pick up residents at the Harbor near the marina office.

Does Sunrise Harbor have covered parking?
Yes, residents can park on floors 2-5 in our parking garage. The 1st floor parking is for marina and retail only.
Yes, they are available for current residents to rent for their own guests.
