Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, provided you have fulfilled your lease agreement and left your apartment in good condition.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, you will have two options to chose from during your lease signing.

How long is the term of the lease?
7-18 Months options (at move-in).
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call and/or e-mail the leasing office. You can also submit the request through your Resident Portal.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
4th of each month.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, there is a rent drop box in the lobby as well as through the Resident Portal
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Per the lease agreement they are allowed to stay for two weeks.
Do you have reserved parking?
Parking is unreserved, however you may reserve a parking spot for a monthly fee.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In a parking spot between garage Levels 2-5.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, please notify the office.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
As long as it is not attached to the building.
Do you have cable services?
Comcast is the cable provider and is at the residents' expense.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes, at our front desk.
Do you have a list of companies in the Corporate Advantage Program?
Yes, please contact the leasing office.
When I have a guest, where do they park?
We have complimentary valet parking for guests.
How tall are your ceilings?
Our ceilings are 8 ft. tall in most of our units and 13 ft. tall in our penthouses and first floor units.
Do you have a concierge?
No, the front desk or office staff will help you with any questions about the area.
Can the water taxi pick us up at the Harbor?
Yes, the water taxi has a courtesy stop & can pick up residents at the Harbor near the marina office. Please contact them first 954-467-6677.
What is your walk score?
We have a walk score of 82.
Do you have a business center?
Yes, we have a business center for resident use. It has two computers and one printer.
Do you have free WiFi?
We have free WiFi in most of our common areas.
What direction does my satellite dish need to face?
Your satellite dish needs to face south west to get good reception.
Do you have a 24 Hour Fitness Center?
Our Fitness Center is currently under renovation. Residents will receive a complimentary membership to Powerhouse gym during this time.
How far is Sunrise Harbor from the beach?
Approximately half a mile away.
When can we reserve elevators for furniture delivery?
Monday - Friday with the time slots of 9am - 12pm, 12pm - 3pm, and 3pm - 6pm. Availability is first come - first serve basis.
Is this a controlled access property?
Yes, this is a controlled access property.
Does Sunrise Harbor have covered parking?
Yes, residents can park on floors 2-5 in our parking garage. The 1st floor parking is for marina and retail only.
What are your office hours?
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm. Saturday: 10am - 5pm Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
Are there guest suites available?
Yes, there are guest suites available only for resident's guests. Please see our Leasing Office for details.
What are the hours for the tennis courts?
Hours for our tennis courts are from 8am-10pm.
